I thought a thousand times to publish this post. i personally do not want to encourage piracy. But what motivated me to publish it, was the fact that this game as well as any paid app, is available in Brazilian Ovi Store. That is, today there is no way to legally buy this game in Brazil.
Downloading the level 4 Angry Birds can be done with this link.

When you unzip this file, it will generate 3 sub folders with names pack9, and pack10 pack11.
Just take these folders with all files in it and move into the directory
/ opt / Rovio / angrybirds / data / levels /You can move these files by using Mobile Terminal or with X-plore.
