Nokia Live View - Use Augmented Reality to Find Places of Interest

Nokia Live View uses the camera phone in conjunction with augmented reality to display sites around you. This application used the auto focus feature of Nokia mobile phones. It means that it is enabled on those phones which already have built-in auto focus feature in their mobile camera.

You can still view the details of the establishment found as telephone, address and even use Nokia Maps to get to the site. (This function still has compatibility issues with Nokia Maps 3.8). Here is a video tutorial which helps you very much to get a knowledge about Nokia Live View.

Get a Glimpse of how the Application will be the official Foursquare MeeGo Nokia N9

You cannot look up, but Nokia and Foursquare staff has worked very close in the development of new applications, as well as improving current solutions. The first fruit of this partnership was the official application for Symbian Foursquare 3rd, 5th and ^ 3, which incidentally is still using the old API and if it does not receive an update to the 1st of August will not run. If this happens, there are other options such as 4squick(the best in my opinion), as well as Nelisquare or even Gravity.

Angry Birds Level 4 for Nokia N900

I thought a thousand times to publish this post. i personally do not want to encourage piracy. But what motivated me to publish it, was the fact that this game as well as any paid app, is available in Brazilian Ovi Store. That is, today there is no way to legally buy this game in Brazil.

Dual Boot on Nokia N900 (Maemo + Android)

Now you can create Dual boot on your Nokia N900. The term dual-booting refers to the common configuration of exactly two operating systems. You can install MeeGo and Android both on Your Nokia N900. My friend had already installed this on his Nokia N900. But he has some problem with its Mobile cell. I think he has some problem in his installation. But on Google I explore that many users found this very helpful. I hope you also found this very interesting and experiencing. But remember, if you want to make Dual boot on your Nokia N900 then do it on your own risk.

N9 Powered by MeeGo

Nokia has unveiled its latest smart phone. The N9 is a pure touch screen device and is powered by the exotic Meego. N9 Will come out in the market in few weeks, the N9 price will be announced at a later date, Nokia's CEO Stephen Elop said during a company event in Singapore.
A special feature of the future Nokia smartphone is that it completely avoids buttons. It does not even have a home button, something like the iPhone from Apple. Instead, the measured 3.9 inches, touch-sensitive screen fills the whole unit, and the user can return to the main selection, by giving a finger on the touch screen only.

THE DESIGN OF N9

The design of N9 is superb and magnificent. But there is one bad news which is that it is made up of plastic body. That breaks hearts of many steel body lovers. But a good thing is that this is made up of premium quality plastic (polycarbonate). So I think only few peoples mind on the plastic body. Nokia N9 is the first mobile cell which is running on MeeGo 1.2 Harmattan platform and it introduced after the the two years of Meego kind hand set.  The leap however couldn’t have been bigger.
