i have managed to update to symbian anna but now i cannot load into social. when i try it goes to ovi social loading screen then boots me back out to main screen. do you know how i can resolve this? thanks
May be this problem caused by the error in Ovi application. check first that whether OVI application works properly or not. because sometimes some applications need updates through OVI. If it doesn't works properly then install it first.
